Most new agents start in house at the district office operation. Retail Agency Program – The Retail program is designed for experienced ins. representatives and/or business owners. This program offers an above average compensation structure for the first 3 years. In addition, it also includes $10,000 office start up, $5,000 marketing bonuses and other numerous incentives.
